These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777td ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the internationally licensed online gaming operator accessible at https://777td.bet. These Terms govern all access to and use of the 777td platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support functions.

• Single account: Each individual player is entitled to maintain only one registered account on the 777td platform. A 777td account will be classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 777td will notify you by email before applying any dormancy-related administrative fees. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved and returned to you upon successful reactivation of the account following completion of KYC verification.

777td processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (Tether). Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice; the current list of supported methods is always displayed in the 777td account cashier section.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to the 777td wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in the player's 777td account balance. 777td does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts, including accounts held in a name other than the registered account holder's legal name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded and the account flagged for review.

Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) hours of approval for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving financial institution. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where 777td specifically authorises an alternative arrangement.

All 777td account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in PKR. Where USDT is used, the applicable PKR/USDT exchange rate at the time of transaction will be applied. 777td does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the 777td promotions page at the time of the offer, which form a supplement to these Terms. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Eligible games: Not all 777td games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active on your 777td account, the maximum bet per round or per sports selection is limited to the amount stated in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Abuse and fraud: 777td reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and collusion with other players.

All bets and wagers placed on the 777td platform, including cricket sports bets, live in-play wagers, live casino bets, and slot game spins, are subject to the following rules. Placement of a bet on 777td constitutes acceptance of these rules in full.

Once a bet is confirmed on the 777td platform, it is final and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where 777td expressly provides a cash-out facility for the relevant market, in which case the cash-out rules apply.

777td reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, technical malfunctions, or human error in odds setting. In such cases, 777td will refund the stake to the player's account. 777td's determination of whether a manifest error has occurred is final.

Cricket betting markets on 777td, including PSL, Pakistan internationals, and ICC tournaments, are governed by the specific sporting rules applicable to each competition. Bets on matches abandoned due to weather or other circumstances will be settled in accordance with 777td's cricket betting rules, which are published in the sportsbook section of the platform. 777td uses official competition results as determined by the relevant governing body for all settlement purposes.

Live casino games on 777td, provided through Playtech Live, are governed by the rules of the specific game variant as displayed at the live dealer table. In the event of a game disconnection during a live dealer session, the outcome will be determined by the results of the physical game equipment and the record held by the live dealer studio, which shall be final.

All content on the 777td platform, including but not limited to the 777td brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 777td or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777td platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any 777td content or software.

Any unauthorised use of 777td intellectual property, including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game assets, or replication of the platform interface, will be pursued as a violation of applicable intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777td's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777td shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 777td has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777td shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond 777td's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet service disruptions, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.

777td collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on 777td, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777td uses player data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications where you have provided consent. 777td does not sell personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Pakistani players have the right to request access to their personal data held by 777td, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data where no legal retention obligation applies. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the rules governing bets and payments — 777td will provide registered Pakistani players with not less than fourteen (14) days' notice of the change via the registered email address on file, unless a shorter notice period is required by regulatory obligation or applicable law.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document reflects when the current version became effective. Your continued use of the 777td platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your 777td account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the amendment. You may close your account by contacting 777td support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 777td's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a player and 777td arising from these Terms or the player's use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through direct communication with 777td's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under the terms of 777td's gaming licence. The decision of such a body shall be binding on 777td and may be binding on the player depending on the rules of the relevant scheme.
